With a body diameter of only 8mm the ICT080 is ideal for installation into hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder applications where space is at a premium. The ICT080 is ideal for use on small-bore actuators and offers a choice of internal or threaded flange mounting configurations to suit tie-rod, welded and rear clevis-mounted cylinder types in stroke ranges from 25 to 1000mm. With no electrical sliding contacts, the ICT080 has a working life which is almost limitless. |

EICT: Signal Conditioning Module for ICT Range
This module, housed in a high strength IP66 enclosure, incorporates a high performance circuit that drives the transducer and provides a choice of output signals with zero and gain adjustment for simple user configuration. The enclosure includes a moulded detail to fit DIN rail EN50022 or EN50035, or can be bulkhead mounted via four M5 screws.
The module operates from a 10-60 Vdc supply voltage and provides a range of outputs which can be configured by the user. The module is matched to the ICT transducer by a plug-in Sensor Calibration Module Card (SCMC). |

For optimum performance, we recommend the use of the purpose designed signal conditioning module (SCM100) to operate this LVDT. AF145 - LVDT Displacement Transducer
Mounting is by self-aligning rod end bearings, and the outer sliding sleeve protects the movable core whilst enhancing the rigidity of the transducer during operation.

SCM100: DC/DC Driver for LVDTs The SCM100 LVDT signal conditioning module has been designed specifically to operate with the AF111 and AF145 range of LVDTs, and to make using an LVDT as simple as using a linear potentiometer. This module incorporates a high performance circuit which drives the LVDT in a ratiometric configuration, thereby maximizing system accuracy by eliminating effects caused by temperature and supply current variations.
