Modular Solutions
Mini-Convectron modules can measure from 10-3 to atmosphere in a compact, space-saving package. The Convectron ATM module eliminates the need for two sensors in those applications that require low pressure measurement and an accurate indication of differential pressure at atmosphere, such as vacuum system loadlocks. The Micro-Ion module combines the world's smallest ionization gauge with electronics in a compact package.
The Micro-Ion Plus combination gauge module operates over a broad range of measurement from high vacuum to atmosphere. It incorporates state-of-the-art heat-loss technology with the Micro-Ion gauge. This broad-range gauge modules delivers a full set of features previously found only in rack-mounted controllers. The Stabil-Ion gauge module provides the stability and reliability of the Stabil-Ion gauge in a modular package.
